SITE MANAGER

The Construction Site Manager shall be responsible for the planning and execution of construction works, managing construction supervisors and temporary works, and ensuring that the construction activities comply with contract specifications.

Lead and manage a team of project engineers and supervisors for the construction scope of work.

Manage a team of subcontractors involved in construction activities.

Ensure site safety and security by devising and implementing site policies and procedures.

Set project goals and oversee projects to completion, including scheduling and tracking assignments.

Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Ensure compliance with company or government regulations, contracted SLAs, and maintain up-to-date licensing with relevant authorities.

Communicate effectively with clients regarding products and services.

Experience & Education :

• Minimum of five (5) years of construction experience, with at least three (3) years managing projects of similar size and complexity.
• Experience as a Construction Manager in infrastructure projects such as depot, underground metro, or road tunnel (e.g., LTA projects).
• Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering.
• Over ten (10) years of experience in the construction industry.
