Assist the Project Director (PD) with various project functions, encompassing project management, site supervision, and risk control, to ensure the successful achievement of project objectives
Manage and supervise project execution, ensuring site progress is monitored closely and projects are completed on time and within budget
Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and the latest Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act provisions throughout all project stages
Implement robust cost control measures to ensure projects are completed within budget, optimizing resource utilization and adhering to project schedules
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address any project-related challenges or issues effectively
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant authorities' requirements and regulations, ensuring full compliance at all times
Ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior(s)
Job Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Civil & Structural Engineering (certificates recognized by the PE Board)
At least 10 to 12 years of experience in extensive experience in Civil Engineering and Infrastructure works, with a strong focus on the construction of underpasses, ramps, cut & cover tunnels, roads, and rail projects
In-depth knowledge of relevant authorities' requirements and regulations pertaining to construction projects
Proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility and exceptional interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and dynamic, with a proven ability to thrive in a demanding work environment
Capable of working independently and effectively under pressure, while also being a valuable team player
Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera, Microsoft Projects, and AutoCAD is advantageous
Salary package will be commensurate with experience
