Assistant Manager / Manager, Corporate Insurance (Employee Benefits)
Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with corporate clients and broker partners, serving as a key advisor on all matters related to corporate insurance and employee benefits (EB).
Develop proposals for new business and manage renewals, ensuring they align with underwriting requirements and client expectations.
Monitor the performance and profitability of assigned EB portfolios, identifying opportunities for plan improvement, client retention, and growth.
Prepare timely, accurate quotations and work closely with underwriting teams to deliver solutions tailored to client needs.
Manage day-to-day servicing of EB policies, including processing endorsements, handling member updates, and responding to benefit-related inquiries.
Assist the finance team in tracking premium collections, particularly for fronting arrangements or complex billing structures.
Stay updated on EB insurance trends, market movements, and regulatory updates to support product positioning and strategic decision-making.
