How you succeed

You will have 3 to 5 years’ experience in regulatory compliance, risk management or regulatory reporting in banking environment.

What you do

FATCA and CRS Reporting

Manage the Bank’s submission on FATCA and CRS Returns

Liaise with regulator and internal stakeholders on follow-up actions pertaining to returns.

Develop and streamline processes continually to achieve greater effectiveness of ensuring complete and accurate reporting.

Implement system enhancements and re-design arising from changes in regulatory requirements, evolving business processes and source systems upgrades.

Regulatory Relations

Act as primary liaison between the Bank and Regulator, ensuring timely and transparent communication on regulatory compliance and CRAFT assessment matters.

Qualifications

Who you are

Self-initiated, process oriented with an aptitude and appreciation of operational processes and system solution.

Excellent written and communication skills.

Good understanding of banking products, debt and derivatives.
