Associate / AVP, Loans (Corporate / Project Financing)

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as a key contributor in the end-to-end loan operations process , including facility onboarding, amendments, and lifecycle events (drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, etc.).
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders— borrowers, lenders, legal teams, facility agents —to facilitate smooth transaction execution.
• Maintain and update records in the bank’s loan booking system (Avaloq) , ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Take ownership of cash flow settlement coordination , including reconciliation of system bookings and payment flows.
• Assist in the implementation of finance initiatives and digital process enhancements.
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects and cross-functional efforts to enhance operational effectiveness within the Fund Finance business.
