In your new role you will :

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement Analyse existing administrative processes and workflows to identify areas for improvements Develop and implement strategies to streamline operations and enhance productivity Collaborate with team members to gather input and feedback on current processes
  • Enhance internal communication Implement communication tools and platforms to improve internal communication among staff Facilitate training and workshops to enhance communication skills across the departmentMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication efforts and make recommendations for improvements
  • Implement automation initiatives Research and recommend software solutions and tools to automate and digitize daily tasksAssist in the implementation of automation tools and ensure successful adoption by staffProvide ongoing support and training to team members on new automation and processes

    You are best equipped for this task if you are / have :

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of process improvement, project management, or operational / organisation efficiency
  • Familiarity with automation tools and software (, project management tools, communication platforms, etc.)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
