Job description
JOB RESPONSIBILITES
Responsible for the hiring process on recruitment, selection and screening of staff
Monitoring of employees' employment contract expiry, permit expiry and confirmation due date;
Maintain & updating staff personal file;
Preparation of Monthly HR Reports;
Review HR policies & processes and ensure compliance to statutory requirement;
Administer staff benefits (such as Leave Records, Insurance claim, medical claim etc);
Coordinate and arrange for work pass medical examination and processing / collection of work pass;
Process training applications and filing for training grants, (if required)
Process employees' insurance claim (if any)
Compile Monthly Relief Staff Timesheets for Payroll processing;
Manage all matters relating to submission of government required surveys and mandatory documentations;
General HR function and provide other administrative support and duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Diploma / Degree in HR / Business or equivalent
At least 3 years of HR generalist experience
Familiar with Employment Act & MOM Regulations
Self-starter, resourceful, tactful & ability to interact with different levels of people
