Roles & Responsibilities

Admin Cum Leasing Executive (BYD / Denza) - 5 Days Work Week.

Working Location : 77 Robinson Road

Responsibilities :

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding leasing options, pricing, and vehicle availability.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand each customer's requirements and preferences.
  • Follow up with customers post-lease to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns.
  • Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, photocopying, and document preparation.
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement of stationery and equipment.
  • Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management on office matters.
  • Support finance / admin team in processing invoices, expense claims, and petty cash.
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organised, and functional.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mails, emails, and phone calls professionally.
  • Undertake ad hoc duties and projects assigned by the management.

Requirements :

  • Previous experience in automotive sales, leasing, or customer service preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive leasing principles, practices, and regulations in Singapore.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
  • Good command of written and spoken English; additional language(s) an advantage.
  • Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
