We are seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition leader to join our HR team in Singapore. This role will be responsible for driving our regional talent acquisition strategy, managing a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional hiring outcomes across multiple markets in the Asia-Pacific region.
The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition will be responsible for :
Team Leadership & Management
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of talent acquisition professionals across multiple geographies.Establish clear performance metrics, drive accountability, and foster a collaborative and high-impact team culture.Oversee capacity planning, work allocation, and continuous capability building within the TA team.Drive team productivity and ensure consistent delivery of hiring targets across all functions and regions.Strategic Talent Acquisition
Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce plansDesign and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talentPartner with senior leadership, hiring managers and People Business Partners to anticipate hiring needs and define sourcing strategiesTransition TA operations toward a strategic advisory model focused on workforce planning, talent intelligence, and proactive sourcingAnalyze market trends and talent landscape to inform strategic decisionsDrive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within recruitment processesEmployer Branding & Events
Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance company reputation as an employer of choicePlan, organize, and execute recruitment events including career fairs, campus recruitment drives, and industry networking eventsDevelop and manage employer branding content across various channels and platformsCoordinate participation in industry conferences, job fairs, and professional association eventsCollaborate with marketing and communications teams to create compelling employer value propositionsOrganize and host talent engagement events such as open houses, webinars, and meet-and-greet sessionsBuild strategic partnerships with universities, professional organizations, and industry bodiesMeasure and analyze the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives and eventsRegional Hiring Operations
Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for all employee categories including full-time internal hires (FTE-to-FTE), third-party contractors, and regional shared contractors (RSC).Ensure seamless coordination and integration of in-house hiring with external vendor and outsourcing engagementsDevelop market-specific recruitment approaches and strategiesManage executive search and niche hiring for senior and business-critical roles across APAC marketsMaintain full compliance with local labor laws and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictionsBuild and manage strong partnerships with recruitment vendors, executive search firms, and external platformsStakeholder Management
Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders and hiring managers across functionsRegularly present recruitment insights, talent forecasts, and hiring performance updates to senior managementCollaborate closely with PBPs and Total Rewards to ensure a cohesive people strategy and seamless candidate experienceBuild strong relationships with candidates and maintain talent pipelinesProcess Improvement & Innovation
Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and systemsImplement scalable and tech-enabled solutions to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experienceBuild and maintain a robust set of recruitment analytics, dashboards, and reporting frameworksStandardize recruitment policies and templates while allowing for local market flexibilityIn this role, we are looking for someone with :
8-12 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitmentMinimum 3-5 years of people management experience leading recruitment teamsProven track record of hands-on regional hiring across multiple APAC marketsExperience recruiting for diverse roles from entry-level to senior executive positionsStrong background in both agency and in-house recruitment environments preferredTrack record of building recruitment functions from scratch or during scale-up phasesExperience with global or multinational organizationsKnowledge of employment laws and regulations across APAC regionCreative thinking and ability to develop engaging employer branding contentGood to have :
