We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage full-cycle recruitment, employee administration, and HR operations support. You will play a critical role in ensuring all HR processes comply with Singapore's Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations while supporting the company's talent needs and employee engagement.
Job Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to onboarding
- Source candidates via various platforms (Jobs Bank, MyCareersFuture, JobStreet, etc.)
- Screen resumes, arrange interviews, and conduct salary negotiations
- Build and maintain a talent database
- Handle employee onboarding / offboarding procedures and personnel files
- Manage work pass applications and renewals (EP / SP / WP)
- Address employee queries and day-to-day HR matters
- Maintain accurate employee data in the HR system
- Support monthly payroll preparation and disbursement
- Maintain leave records and attendance data
- Assist with performance appraisal data collection
- Ensure accurate CPF, tax, and statutory reporting
