We are seeking a Service Manager responsible for leading team performance through daily coaching and support, driving service revenue, and ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction. The Service Manager will also be expected to actively contribute to process improvements and provide hands-on assistance to frontline operations for a seamless customer experience.
Candidates who do not meet the full managerial requirements may be considered for the Aftersales Assistant Manager position, with the remuneration package adjusted accordingly.

Core Responsibilities :
Lead, mentor, and support a dynamic aftersales team inclusive of Service Advisors, Claims Advisors and AdministratorsMonitor and improve performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, sales, and service efficiencyOversee the advisory process for vehicle servicing and repair coordination between the frontline and Technicians teamSupervise the claims advisory process, ensuring accurate insurance reporting, coordination with insurers and Bodyshop, and timely accident repair servicesSupport Advisors in liaising with insurers, Bodyshop, and customers to maintain clear, up-to-date communicationHandle escalated customer issues and ensure high service qualityIdentify and expand aftersales revenue streams through optimised service packages, repair offers, and parts salesSupport continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and technology adoptionProvide operational support during peak periods or staff absencesJob Requirements :
Minimum NITEC in a related course of study with at least 5 years of relevant experience in the automotive field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial roleEquivalent professional certification holders with relevant experience are welcomed tooProven track record of team leadership, customer satisfaction, and achieving service revenue targetsStrong understanding of automotive service operations, repair processes, and workshop coordinationFamiliarity with insurance claims processes, accident reporting, and Bodyshop operations is a plusStrong interpersonal and communication skillsConflict resolution and problem-solving skillsProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly MS ExcelFlexible, friendly, helpful nature & team player
