Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities :
- Assist in the planning and implementation of marketing initiatives, including both online and offline campaigns.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others.
- Coordinate with internal content and design teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing KPIs and propose optimization strategies based on data and trends.
- Support content creation efforts, including basic video editing or visual content preparation when needed.
Job Requirements :
Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar video editing and design software.Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing or digital media; candidates with a portfolio of successful campaigns will have an advantage.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics) is a plus.Benefits :
