Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Operations Oversight
- Conduct daily checks on deployment status, site readiness, and personnel attendance
- Maintain accurate records and archives across various schemes and programmes
- Serve as the first point of contact for client-related operational matters
- Monitor shared inboxes and comms channels to ensure prompt responses
2. Scheduling & Manpower Coordination
Develop and manage monthly rosters to meet client requirementsHandle change requests from both clients and staff in real-timeMaintain manpower deployment sheets via Excel and external systemsSupport on-site audits, deployment reviews, and admin checksIdentify trends in manpower demand for forward planning3. Billing & Financial Process
Verify shift records and cross-check reports with external partnersGenerate and submit billing requests accurately and promptlyTrack freelance and scheme-specific costs to ensure alignment with contract termsPreferred Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in any fieldDetail-oriented and highly organised with excellent follow-throughComfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentProficient in Excel / Google SheetsAble to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholdersWhy Join Us?
