Our client is a leading A1 main contractor with over 50 years of history in Singapore. Their projects are mainly condominiums, HDB, industrial, data centre and school institutions. Currently they are looking for Senior / Quantity Surveyor to be based in HQ. This role is 5-day work / week

about the job

• Understand tender requirements
• Exercise collaborative plan and define extend of works
• Timely management of tender activities
• Review quotations with the designated specification
• Review quantities and cross check for possible items that may have been overlooked
• Proof reading for tender responses to highlight areas for incorporation of quantity and ensure issuance to stakeholders to quote for works
• Review of cost impact (value engineering proposal / variations)
