Graphic Design Executive (Legal Industry)

This role supports global design needs and reports to the Senior Graphic Designer and Brand Manager. You will work closely with the central team to ensure consistent service delivery and strict adherence to brand guidelines and visual identity standards. Established processes and protocols are followed to ensure a seamless global experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce a wide range of print and digital marketing materials, including brochures, reports, flyers, guides, bulletins, infographics, maps, event materials, large-format displays, promotional merchandise, posters, digital signage, social media graphics, internal communication assets, stationery, contact cards, magazines, and ad hoc projects.
• Maintain asset libraries, including staff and sector-based photography, and manage accurate cropping and clipping paths.
• Liaise with internal and external print vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials, meeting required specifications.
• Contribute creative ideas and explore new opportunities while ensuring all collateral reflects brand values and follows established visual identity guidelines.
• Monitor trends in design across print and digital platforms, including competitor activities, and provide insights or suggestions for innovation.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a graphic design role, preferably within a professional services environment.
• Able to work flexibly to support teams across multiple time zones.
• Proactive and independent, while maintaining strong collaboration skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Positive, hands-on attitude with a project-focused mindset.
• Qualification in Graphic Design or equivalent is preferred.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat.
