Job description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team at Octomate. This role focuses on analyzing business processes and translating them into system requirements, working closely with both users and developers in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Engage with business users and Product Owners to understand processes and gather requirements
Perform detailed requirements analysis and contribute to solution design
Work collaboratively with the development team to ensure clear and actionable user stories
Conduct functional testing and coordinate user acceptance tests
Provide user training as part of project delivery
Offer operational support by recommending solutions to end-user issues

Requirements :

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related disciplines

Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills

Clear written and verbal communication, with strong technical writing ability

A keen understanding of user needs and interest in software delivery

Preferred :

Experience or knowledge in test automation tools

Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, agile working environment

Strong team player with collaborative and adaptable mindset
