Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated, forward-thinking, and experienced Programme Manager to join our dynamic team. This role requires stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional results. You will be responsible for the planning, execution, tracking, and closure of multiple programmes simultaneously, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. This role operates at the Group Operations level.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive programme plans, including terms of reference, timeline, resource allocation, KPIs, and communication strategies.
  • Track and manage programmes (e.g., Future Ready Workforce, Ops Management Associate programme, RED programme, team engagement initiatives), including regular reviews and reporting progress to senior management.
  • Establish regular cadences such as PSC and taskforce meetings.
  • Develop minutes and post-meeting reports, leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency.
  • Monitor progress against KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations with regular updates and effective communication.
  • Support cross-functional teams and foster collaboration among stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of programme management experience with a proven track record.
  • Experience managing complex programmes with multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Experience with GenAI solutions or projects is advantageous.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Positive, energetic, driven, and resourceful attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with good presentation skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
