We're Hiring : Social Media & Marketing Manager (WFH Role) 🚨

Jermyn Street at Amoy Street, Singapore

1,600 / month | Permanent Employment - flexible hours

Are you a creative and driven marketer with a passion for content, community, and storytelling?Jermyn Street Barbershop – Singapore’s leading premium barbershop – is on the hunt for a Social Media & Marketing Manager to take our digital presence to the next level. This is a fully remote role , offering flexibility and autonomy whilst playing a critical part in growing our brand.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and grow our social media platforms – Instagram, Facebook , and develop a strong TikTok presence
  • Plan, create, and schedule high-quality, engaging content (reels, posts, stories, etc.) that aligns with our brand voice and style
  • Design and implement targeted promotions and offers to attract and retain clients
  • Develop and send out a fortnightly EDM to engage our existing client base
  • Collaborate with barbershop leadership to craft campaigns that drive footfall, rebookings, and brand buzz
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategy based on data insights

What We’re Looking For :

  • Ideally, a strong grasp of Singapore’s grooming and lifestyle scene
  • Hands-on experience in social media marketing , content creation and basic design tools (e.g. Canva)
  • A flair for writing compelling copy – with personality!
  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage a marketing calendar
  • Familiarity with email platforms like Mailchimp or similar
  • Bonus if you’ve worked with boutique, lifestyle, or grooming brands
