Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, food preparation, and cooking activities
  • Create and execute high-quality dishes that meet our standards, especially ramen, sides, drinks.
  • Ensure food quality, consistency, presentation, and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow and teamwork
  • Manage inventory, stock rotation, and kitchen ordering in coordination with management
  • Develop new recipes, seasonal menus, or specials aligned with our brand identity
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Chef, Sous Chef, or equivalent role in a professional kitchen
  • Strong knowledge of cuisine (Japanese, Asian, modern comfort food)
  • Passion for culinary innovation and attention to detail
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Food Hygiene Certification
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
