Job description
Job Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, food preparation, and cooking activities
Create and execute high-quality dishes that meet our standards, especially ramen, sides, drinks.
Ensure food quality, consistency, presentation, and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow and teamwork
Manage inventory, stock rotation, and kitchen ordering in coordination with management
Develop new recipes, seasonal menus, or specials aligned with our brand identity
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment
Requirements
Proven experience as a Chef, Sous Chef, or equivalent role in a professional kitchen
Strong knowledge of cuisine (Japanese, Asian, modern comfort food)
Passion for culinary innovation and attention to detail
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Food Hygiene Certification
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
