Role Overview
As a Customer Success Executive at HReasily, you will be instrumental in delivering a comprehensive client experience to our esteemed clients and partners throughout the customer lifecycle, encompassing pre-sales, onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support. If you are passionate about HR technology, adept at cultivating robust client relationships, and dedicated to fostering their success, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Pre-Sales Support : Assist in gathering requirements from potential clients and partners to understand their complicated HR needs.
- Client Onboarding & Implementation : Work together with the Customer Success team in onboarding new partners and clients, including data migration and system setup for HR-related information
- Client Support & Triage : Address common HRMS (Human Resource Management System) related questions and feature inquiries from clients, triaging issues and escalating critical matters to the Manager, Partner Success & Product Solutions.
- Internal Process Management : Utilize internal tools like Jira to effectively create and manage issue tickets
- Local Subject Matter Expert : Provide assistance and advice to our support team who are located overseas for Singapore related HR compliance matters
What We're Looking For :
Must Have :
Higher NITEC in Business Administration, IT & Business Information Systems or related field (or equivalent work experience).At least 1 year of experience in customer service, support, or client-facing rolesDemonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills in English.Exhibit empathy, patience, and a solution-oriented approach, coupled with a proactive attitude.Be technologically proficient, comfortable with SaaS tools, ticketing systems, and basic troubleshooting.Capable of independent work and adapting to a fast-paced environment.Pleasant and cheerful disposition.Strong customer focused attitude and mindsetExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsNice to Have
Demonstrated knowledge of HR / payroll operations in Southeast AsiaExperience within the SaaS, HR, or payroll industriesExperience in data entry or data management.Proven ability to contribute to process improvement and automation initiativesFluent in Chinese (spoken and written) to support our Chinese-speaking clientsWhat We Offer
