Job Responsibilities :
Managing centre’s operations and ensuring complianceHandling visitations and meeting enrolment targetsAssisting in the development of the school’s curriculumDevising and refining curriculum framework and teaching pedagogical frameworkEnsuring quality teaching through assessment of teachersManaging staff welfare and professional development, motivating them to perform at their highest levelWorking closely with staff to provide relevant curriculum content and insightsActively engaging parents to deliver the best care and education to childrenLiaising with ECDA on licensing and operational mattersConducting interviews with suitable candidatesJob Requirements :
SingaporeanMinimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education - Leadership or equivalentAt least 5 years of relevant experience as a centre supervisor in pre-school or childcare settingStrong leadership skills to lead a team and manage peopleHigh sense of responsibility, positive attitude, and proactive work ethicExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBasic computer skillsBenefits :
