Job Description & Requirements

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Cleaning Work Supervisor to oversee daily on-site cleaning operations, coordinate cleaning staff, and ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and efficiency.

Responsibilities :

Supervise and coordinate activities of cleaning staff at assigned sites.
Enforce safety and hygiene protocols to ensure adherence to health standards.
Monitor cleaning schedules and report progress to management.
Inspect facilities to ensure they are cleaned and maintained properly.
Allocate tasks and resources effectively to meet deadlines and client requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections and team briefings.
Resolve issues or conflicts that arise during cleaning operations.
Train and guide cleaning staff on best practices and safety procedures.

Requirements :

Proven experience in a supervisory role in the cleaning or facilities management industry.

Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, materials, and safety standards.

Ability to read and follow cleaning specifications or client requirements.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Physically fit and able to work in various environments.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role.

WSQ Environmental Cleaning Supervisor Certificate or equivalent is preferred.

Location : Various sites across Singapore

Employment Type : Full-time

Working Hours : Monday to Saturday
