Roles & Responsibilities

Position Title : Telemarketer

Location : Changi

Working days : 5 days (Mon-Fri)

Working hours : 9am - 6pm

Salary : $1800 - $2200

Job Description

• Set qualified sales appointments for the sales team to follow up on
• Maintain records of all telemarketing activities, including calls and follow-ups.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities to achieve weekly / monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer handover and follow-up.
• Conduct cold calling to clients for company’s products and services.
