Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and people-oriented HR Manager to lead recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management. You will play a critical role in building a productive, mission-driven team and ensuring our people practices are effective, engaging, and compliant.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Drive end-to-end recruitment : job postings, headhunting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to align role expectations and evaluate candidates based on productivity, capability, and cultural fit.
- Organize university outreach and graduate hiring initiatives.
- Manage assessments and background checks prior to final interviews.
- Ensure a fast and effective recruitment turnaround (within 3 working days from screening to shortlist).
2. Onboarding, Training & Performance Development
Design and implement comprehensive onboarding experiences for new hires.Collaborate with team leads to deliver training aligned with KPIs and role-specific competencies.Track probation performance and provide data-driven insights to support employee development.Monitor weekly and monthly performance metrics across the company.Contribute to recognition programs and performance appraisals.3. Employee Relations, Ethics & Exit Processes
Promote a culture of accountability by enforcing regular performance reporting.Work with managers on disciplinary cases, ethics compliance, and PIPs where necessary.Support employees through coaching or structured improvement plans.Oversee respectful, legally compliant exit processes, including interviews and documentation.Key Metrics for Success
