Assistant Vice President - Regional Financial Crime - PMO

Responsibilities

• Participation in the design, development, delivery of best-in-class Financial Crimes programs, policies and practices for the Global Finance Crimes Division;
• Responsibility for project plans, charter, stakeholder management, risk & issues log,munication plans andernance structures;
• Identification of project resourcing requirements;
• Identification of project challenges and the develop of innovative solutions;
• Coordination with global cross function teams to identify, prioritize and facilitate execution of potential enhancements;
• Creation of reports, presentation material andmunications for Senior Stakeholders andmittee Meetings;
• Drive program enhancements to meet objectives within agreed milestones;

To keep abreast of regulatory changes, new regulations and internal policy changes in order to further identify new key risk areas; and

Adherence to allpany policies and guidelines.

Job Requirements :

Minimum Bachelor's Degree.

Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience program / project management or change management.

Financial Crimes & progressive process improvement experiences.

ACAMS certification and PMP / PRINCE certification would be an advantage.

Good interpersonal skills with the ability to deal courteously and effectively with others.
