Brief Description
Reporting to the Centre Executive, the incumbent for the Administrative Executive (PT) position will work closely with the Programme Coordinator to provide administrative support for Senior Connect @ 574.
The job responsibilities for this position include :
I Administration
1. Maintain the database of membership registration and attendance records of members and
volunteers.
2. Prepare monthly bilingual Active Ageing Programme - Activity flyer and schedule. Simple translation
work is needed.
3. Submit monthly financial reports to BCARE HQ and monthly Centre reports to Senior Manager of
Eldercare Division.
4. Support weekly announcement which include preparing power points slides and broadcast
messages to seniors by mobile phone.
5. Assist in minute taking for monthly staff meetings and obtaining quotations where necessary.
6. Manage Petty Cash administration.
II Operations and General Maintenance
7. Coordinate schedules and assist in liaising for general repair, maintenance and upkeep of the
Centre eg air-cons, office and IT equipment, housekeeping and storerooms.
8. Assist in organizing storage space of the Centre, replenish housecleaning items and office
stationery.
9. Update and maintain Assets Register, ensure the safe keeping of equipment and other important
documents.
III Others
10. Participate in other BCARE events and projects when required.
Work Hours : either 8.30am to 12.30pm or 1.30pm to 5.30pm (5-day workweek)
or 3-day workweek (i.e. 24hr / week)
