Roles & Responsibilities
Job Descriptions :
1. Attend to visitors at Reception in a professional and friendly manner.
2. Office Administration
3. Coordinate rooms reservations and assist with meetings set-up. Support office maintenance tasks.
4. Assist with admin tasks such as staff onboarding, stationery allocation and access control setup / removal.
5. Liaise with the building management team on facilities matters.
6. In charge of telco service provider and related matters
7. Office provisions / welfare administration, to assist in purchasing and coordination of the staff-related benefits administrations.
9. Any other administrative duties assigned from time to time.
