Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive full compliance with HSE systems, safety practices, and behaviors across all teams and contractors, fostering a proactive safety culture with an uncompromising stance on risk management.
- Lead planning and implementation of vessel projects, including detailed project plans, resource allocation, timelines, and coordination with crews and subcontractors to ensure timely, efficient delivery.
- Oversee daily operation and upkeep of Planned Maintenance Systems (PMS), support fleet optimization initiatives, and identify cost efficiency opportunities without compromising safety or performance.
- Participate in technical incident investigations, determine root causes, and implement corrective and preventive measures to enhance safety and operational reliability.
Requirements :
Possess certification as a Second Engineer (STCW III / 2) or a relevant qualification in Mechanical, Industrial, or Marine Engineering.At least 5 years of offshore vessel experience, including exposure to Drydocking & Major Repairs .Proficiency in Planned Maintenance Systems , MS Office programs, and understanding of Dynamic Positioning (DP) systems .Strong knowledge of Classification & Statutory Rules, ensuring compliance with maritime standards and regulations.If you are keen to apply for the position, kindly email your detailed resume in MS Word to hr@recruit-expert.com
