About the Role : We are seeking a highly motivated Software Engineer with a passion for innovation and research. In this role, you will explore new technologies, experiment with advanced concepts, and help translate ideas into prototypes and scalable solutions. You will work at the intersection of creativity and engineering, shaping the future of our products and services. Key Responsibilities : Conduct in-depth research into emerging technologies, frameworks, and methodologies.

Design and develop experimental prototypes and proof-of-concept applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate the feasibility of novel ideas.

Translate research findings into actionable insights for product teams.

Maintain thorough documentation of findings, prototypes, and experiments.

Continuously stay updated on industry trends and academic advancements.

Requirements : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.

Experience with software architecture, data structures, and algorithms.

Familiarity with cloud computing, AI / ML, or IoT technologies is a plus.

A self-starter mindset with a curiosity for solving open-ended problems.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

Nice to Have : Previous experience in an R&D or innovation lab environment.

Publications, patents, or open-source contributions.
