Responsibilities :
Coordinate documentation with the sales team.
Provide customer service to end-users via phone / email / WhatsApp.
Schedule deliveries with end-users and in-house drivers.
Manage incoming phone calls and email enquiries.
Handle walk-in collection of IT equipment.
Collect payment from end-users.
Send daily delivery reminders to end-users.
Maintain accurate and organized data records.
Requirements :
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related studies.
Good communication skills and able to work independently.
Able to work in fast-paced environment.
Customer oriented and able to liaise with different stakeholders.
Proficient in MS Words / Excel.
Others :
Able to start immediately.
5 days work week from Mon to Fri, 9am to 6.30pm.
