Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate documentation with the sales team.
  • Provide customer service to end-users via phone / email / WhatsApp.
  • Schedule deliveries with end-users and in-house drivers.
  • Manage incoming phone calls and email enquiries.
  • Handle walk-in collection of IT equipment.
  • Collect payment from end-users.
  • Send daily delivery reminders to end-users.
  • Maintain accurate and organized data records.

Requirements :

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related studies.
  • Good communication skills and able to work independently.
  • Able to work in fast-paced environment.
  • Customer oriented and able to liaise with different stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Words / Excel.
  • Others :

  • Able to start immediately.
  • 5 days work week from Mon to Fri, 9am to 6.30pm.
