Roles & Responsibilities

Harvest Advisors holds a Capital Markets Securities (CMS) licence and is regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore.

We provide asset management services for institutional investors as well as private wealth management solutions for high-net worth investors in Asia. Our clients include sovereign wealth funds, financial institutions, listed companies, and family offices.

As part of our expansion, we are seeking self-starters to join us as Analyst – Finance and Operations.

Your Responsibilities :

  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations, cash flows and work with our service provider to generate monthly management accounts
  • Process payments via online banking for settlement of invoices, employee expense claims and revenue sharing arrangements
  • Monitor and track account receivables
  • Prepare and analyse monthly management reports and other ad-hoc reports required from time to time
  • Provide support on year-end audit, liaison with external auditors, preparation of statutory financial statements and submissions.
  • Work with service providers on GST tax filing and the adoption of accounting software
  • Collaborate with other departments
  • Identify areas for process improvements and contribute to the implementation of solutions

Your attributes :

  • Strong multitasking skills, meticulous and organized
  • Motivated, reliable and resourceful team player who is able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Possess professional integrity and discretion with confidential information
  • Well-versed in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Knowledge of financial regulations, GST / VAT, and accounting principles
  • Proficiency in Xero accounting software would be advantageous
  • Attained Diploma or Degree
  • Preferably with 1 years’ experience in a finance role
  • Fluency (written and oral) in English is mandatory. Additional languages would be advantageous for regional communication.
