Job descriptionBachelor’s degree ideally in engineering, mathematics, computer science etc Around 3 to 8 years of fund operations experience Programming skills is an advantage Strong analytical mindset, enthusiastic and motivated Positive working attitude, strong work integrity and ethics
Key Responsibilities :
- Cover daily trade and cash reconciliations, identify trade discrepancy and resolve trade breaks and follow up on settlement issues
- Liaise with external providers including fund administrator, custodian, broker etc on fund operations issues
- Liaise with auditors and legal counsels to prepare and review regulator filings and reports
- Assist in risk and compliance eg FATCA / CRS
- Collaborate with the management to enhance the firm’s operations and data process
- Other ad-hoc duties when necessary
