Job Description :
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons in one of the four core areas : Academic Writing, Reading, Listening / Speaking, or English as a Foreign Language.
- Teach classes of 25 to 50 students, adapting instruction to accommodate diverse proficiency levels.
- Apply active learning strategies, including task-based, collaborative, and student-centered approaches.
- Provide comprehensive feedback on assignments such as essays, presentations, and related tasks.
- Attend weekly faculty meetings to support curriculum alignment and instructional consistency.
Requirements :
Minimum of two years of teaching experience, preferably with teenagers or young adults.Demonstrated success in test preparation (IELTS / TOEFL) or English for Academic Purposes (EAP).
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (degrees in English, Education, or related fields preferred but not required).TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, IBE or equivalent certification with practical training.Skilled in managing and teaching mixed-proficiency classes.Familiar with active learning strategies, including task-based and student-centered methods.Experience teaching academic writing using citation formats such as APA or MLA.Background in drama or public speaking, particularly for enhancing oral communication classes.
