Roles & Responsibilities

NAEUM Restaurant Group operates three concepts : i) NAEUM, a 1 MICHELIN-starred restaurant serving contemporary Seoul cuisine, ii) HIDEAWAY by NAEUM, our private dining space, iii) GUUM Contemporary Grill, a premium Korean steakhouse.

We are currently looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team at NAEUM, the flagship restaurant.

Requirements :

  • at least 3 years of total Back of House experience.
  • Knowledge of basic skills in butchering, filleting, grilling, and other general food preparation skills
  • Strong team player
  • Willingness to learn and stamina to upkeep with MICHELIN quality standard
  • Strong sense of responsibility for your kitchen section
  • Languages : strong command of spoken and written English
