Job Description
Our client is in the vertical transportation industry. Currently, they are looking for an Assistant Officer (Project Management).
Responsibilities 】
- Perform engineering & technical support tasks as assigned.
- Analyze actual labor, material, subcontracting and expenses against budget allocations.
- Establish and maintain Installation SPL.
- Prepare annual and interim budgets, P&L reports, Projects Account Closure, and other ad-hoc management reports.
- Attending site showround and prepare cost estimates for lift replacement projects.
- Support sales by assisting in responding to tender inquiries.
- Collaborate with sales and other departments to explore areas for cost improvement.
- Participate & support Project Execution Team in cost control and cost reduction activities.
- Issue invoices and monitor the Invoice Master List for any Variation Orders and payment receipts.
- Update labor, material, subcontracting & expenses cost data against budget for cost control.
- Manage and monitor progress claim submitted to Sales Department.
- Assist the Project Manager in planning and managing the inventory levels of installation materials.
- Ensure the continued high work performance and conduct standards of the clerk.
- Perform administrative duties.
- Ensure compliance with the Environmental Policy, relevant legislation, and measures for pollution prevention.
