Roles & Responsibilities

ROLE OBJECTIVE :

We are seeking an experienced, creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts and strengthen our brand presence. You will be responsible for strategizing, executing and optimizing digital campaigns that drive enrolments, enhance community engagement and position MindChamps as a leader in early childhood education.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES :

Strategy & Planning :

  • Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy aligned with brand goals and enrolment targets.
  • Plan and manage annual / quarterly digital marketing budget.

Performance Marketing :

  • Manage paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic) for lead generation.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize performance metrics (CPL, ROI, CTR, conversion rates).
  • Content & Social Media :

  • Work with content creators to oversee content calendar across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok).
  • Work with design / content writer / video editor team (or agencies) to produce engaging content, including videos, parent testimonials, teacher spotlights, etc.
  • Website & SEO :

  • Manage website performance, user experience, and conversion optimization.
  • Drive SEO strategy to improve organic visibility and search rankings.
  • CRM & Lead Nurture :

  • Manage digital lead funnel : engagement to enquiry to tour to enrolment.
  • Set up and optimize email marketing workflows.
  • Analytics & Reporting :

  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM dashboards).
  • Produce regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
  • 5-10 years digital marketing experience, preferably with exposure to education or parent-focused brands.
  • Proven track record managing performance campaigns and driving measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, paid social and analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress CMS, CRM, Google Analytics and Meta Ads.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
