Work with customers to understand requirements, provide solutions and ensure a smooth sales process
Prepare, attend tender clarifications, negotiation with prospects, quote and contract review
Formulate business plan and marketing strategies to develop new market for new business opportunity through cold-calling, client visitations etc
Grow, manage and build relationship with customers to ensure total customer satisfaction
Implement strategic initiatives to protect and grow sales
Gather market intelligence information
Purchasing materials for “buy-outs” for orders and manufacturing services
Responsible for managing and maintain excellent customer and vendor relationships
Responsible for complying highest commitment to customers regarding delivery, quantity, and quality
Liaise actively with various business units, i.e. Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Manufacturing team to provide solutions and technical assistance to customers
Other projects or ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
Job Requirements :
Diploma / Degree in any Business related discipline
Min 4-5 years experience with strong understanding in selling of steel tubes and bar products
Excellent written, communication and presentation skills
Positive attitude and good team spirit with effective negotiating skills
Excellent computer skills with good proficiency in MS Office (Word / Excel / Outlook, Power Point)
