Assistant, Finance Manager

What You'll Be Doing :

• Lead the preparation of financial reports and management accounts for multiple business entities.
• Drive the annual budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost analysis processes.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore's tax and financial regulations, including GST and corporate tax.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships to support operational needs.
• Review commercial agreements and assess financial obligations and risks.
• Strengthen internal controls and improve finance workflows for efficiency and accuracy.
• Act as a financial advisor to senior leaders on business planning, investments, and performance improvement.
• Support strategic initiatives such as mergers, acquisitions, and large-scale projects.

Who We're Looking For :

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; CPA, ACCA, or CFA qualification is preferred.
• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Well-versed in Singapore's financial laws, reporting frameworks, and tax structures.
• Experience with financial and legal document review (e.g., contracts, NDAs, project agreements).
• Strong analytical mindset, proactive attitude, and ability to drive improvements.
• Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
• Exposure to handling banking facilities such as loans, credit lines, and trade finance is a plus.
