Handle a portfolio of corporate secretarial matters clients including preparation and review of directors' resolutions and preparation of materials for meetings (minutes recording, drafting of resolutions etc.)
Lodgement of statutory returns with ACRA
Updating minute books and registers
Liaising, providing information to and updating management, directors and auditors
Requirements :
Degree holder
Knowledge in the Company secretary work
Knowledge of ACRA website and the e-filing requirements in Bizfile
2-5 years relevant experiences is a plus Fresh graduated is also welcome
