Responsibilities
- Respond and manage telephone / online catering sales enquiries
- Build and maintain good client relationship and build rapport
- Assist clients in event planning, packaging and menu selection
- Keep abreast of trends and developments in catering industry
- Active brainstorming of creative ideas in improving catering services to clients
- Account for sales and profitability of event orders and ensure smooth operations of catering functions
Requirements
Computer Literate / Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Officerelevant experience in F&B industry will be an advantageAble to converse effectively in English and Mandarin to manage Mandarin speaking clientsSelf disciplined, proactive and have strong sense of urgencyMust be self-driven, dynamic, meticulous, creative and sales orientedOutgoing personality, highly motivated, independent individual and yet an inclusive team playerWorking days : 5 days
