Assist with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable duties
Perform duties in compliance with statutory and internal financial transaction recording standards for general ledger, cash payments / collections, tax transactions etc.
Control / reconciliation of accounts and records
Support the finance team in preparation of monthly and annual accounting reports / schedules for management and compliance reporting
Any other administrative duties to support the finance team
Requirement
Candidate must possess at least NITEC / Diploma in a relevant discipline
Basic bookkeeping knowledge on Singapore Accounting Standards and GST Regulations
Active team player with willingness to learn
Meticulous and detail-oriented
Able to work under pressure within tight schedules
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook)
Hand on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP system will be advantageous
