Job Scope
- Overall project planning and daily management of renovation works
- Project supervision from start till handover
- Building good rapport and providing excellent customer service to existing and new clients
- Recommending appropriate solutions, services and ideas based on clients needs, budget and requests
- Scheduling respective work trades involve to ensure site smooth coordination including coordination with internal own workers and external contractors
- Updating project director and clients on the project status, project timeline and work progress on da daily basis to ensure timeline handover and completion
Requirements
Must have previous experience in managing interior renovation works with proven experience in handover of residential renovation projects for both condos and HDBMinimum 2-3 years experience preferredMinimum requirement O Level or Higher NitecKnowledge in AutoCAD, Sketchup and Photoshop are preferredAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneouslyGreat problem solving skills and the ability to work well under pressureWilling to go the extra mileIndependent, energetic and presentableCompensation
