Project Coordinators (Renovations Projects - Landed / Condo / HDB)

We are only looking for honest, trustworthy and experience individual to join us. Primarily to coordinate and manage our residential projects, this role is essential in our business growth and long term sustainability.

Job Scope

• Overall project planning and daily management of renovation works
• Project supervision from start till handover
• Building good rapport and providing excellent customer service to existing and new clients
• Recommending appropriate solutions, services and ideas based on clients needs, budget and requests
• Scheduling respective work trades involve to ensure site smooth coordination including coordination with internal own workers and external contractors
• Updating project director and clients on the project status, project timeline and work progress on da daily basis to ensure timeline handover and completion
