Job Summary :

We are looking for a strategic and experienced HR professional to manage the full spectrum of human resource functions in compliance with Singapore employment regulations. The Human Resource Manager will play a key role in driving people-related strategies and policies to support our business goals in the premium liquor distribution industry.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement HR policies and practices in line with Singapore's Employment Act, Fair Consideration Framework (FCF), and Tripartite Guidelines.
  • Lead recruitment and talent acquisition processes in a fair and merit-based manner, ensuring job advertisements and selection criteria comply with TGFEP.
  • Manage onboarding, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
  • Oversee work pass applications and renewals (e.g. EP, S Pass, WP) in accordance with MOM regulations.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters fairly and in compliance with statutory procedures.
  • Administer payroll, statutory contributions (CPF, SDL, SHG, etc.), benefits, and leave management.
  • Drive performance management and appraisal systems, aligning staff goals with business outcomes.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate relevant upskilling or compliance-related programs (e.g. WSQ training).
  • Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, including personal files and regulatory documentation.
  • Serve as the point of contact for HR audits, MOM inspections, and compliance checks.

Requirements :

  • Degree or diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, including experience in Singapore's regulatory environment.
  • Familiar with local employment legislation, including the Employment Act, CPF Act, and Workplace Safety and Health Act.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • HR certifications such as IHRP-CP or SHRM-CP will be advantageous.
