Job Description :
We are seeking a highly motivated HR Generalist to support and drive HR initiatives across the group. At REA, the HR Generalist is playing a key role in managing the full spectrum of HR functions, such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management and HR operations, essentially the key point of contact for employees regarding to all HR-related matters within the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
Talent Acquisition & Employee lifecycle :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Work with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and source high-potential talent.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for employees from recruitment to exit.
Employee Relations & Performance Management :
Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, providing guidance on company policies and employment matters.Promote a positive workplace culture by organizing employee engagement activities and wellness programs.Manage performance evaluation frameworks, ensuring transparency and effectiveness.Support performance evaluation processes, providing guidance to managers and employees.Oversee long-term incentive programs (e.g. stock options, annual bonuses) to enhance retention.HR Operations & Compliance :
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.Oversee HR policies, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and industry best practices.Handle monthly payroll processing and leave tracking, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.Stay informed of changes in employment legislation across multiple jurisdictions and advise the business on necessary adjustments to HR practicesWhat we expect of you :
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or related HR functionsHighly organised, meticulous and detail orientedExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilitiesStrong knowledge of Singapore bour laws and regulations (MOM guidelines) to ensure compliance while supporting employee well-being. Experience in employment law for the regional countries (Malaysia, Hong Kong) is a plusExperience in fast-paced and growing organizations, managing cross-functional teams, and navigating cultural nuances in a multinational environment.Tell employers what skills you have
