THE ROLE
Your primary responsibilities include assisting the Clients Services team with successful planning and execution of experiential marketing projects, as well building and maintaining strong client relationships and supporting client and agency growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary Focus
- Support the Account Director (and wider team) with Client relationship and Project management
- Learn (and be a champion) of each client’s business; understanding their products, business priorities / objectives and wider industry sector
- Contribute solutions to our clients’ most pressing business and brand objectives through effective management of GPJ’s resources and solutions
- Support the nurturing, retention, and growth of specifically allocated client accounts.
- Support the Account Director with account plans to document opportunities within client relationships and define strategies and tactics for realizing them
- Demonstrate account accountability by delivering measurable results and solutions
- Research and disseminate market and competitive intelligence on an on-going basis
- Assist (and lead) internal and external briefings
- Contribute to the company culture
Account Management
Attend client briefings and project meetings, and create timely and accurate notes and agreed next steps after every client meeting / callSupport the presentation of ideas and opportunities to the clientHelp manage client expectations with regard to workload deliverables against budgetsSupport with client budgets, including client reporting and reconciliation processCreate client reports, including monthly & quarterly reviews and support on programme results and financialsAdministrative Support

Over 3 years experience in a client facing Account Servicing role within an event or experiential marketing agencyOutstanding attention to detailAbility to build positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal team members to ensure the successful delivery of projects.Strong proficiency inGoogle Suite and Microsoft Office softwareUnderstands key project financial metrics (with guidance)Understands impacts of changes on project financial metrics (with guidance)Ability to travel as requiredAbility to work irregular hours in addition to normal business hours, to include nights, weekends and holidays as needed
