1) Primarily – Day to day Sales & Marketing / Business Development / Contract Admin & Management
2) Secondary – Corporate Communication / After-Sales Servicing / Project Management (commercial)
3) Assist in day to day administration of the department and ensuring that all company instructions are adhered to.
4) Implementing and ensuring proper execution of marketing plans and strategies.
5) Assist in identifying new clientele, marketing and promoting of company services to secure new businesses.
6) Assist in tendering for contracts, cost estimation and negotiation of Prices / Rates.
7) Assist in contracts negotiation and administration.
8) Investigation of clients’ credibility and debt control.
9) Monitoring of market trends and competitor activities through market intelligence.
10) Assist the project management team in planning, control, coordination and liaison.
11) Conduct regular marketing visits to clients to reinforce company position and development of new businesses.
12) Managing after-sales services by ensuring appropriate action is taken in response to inputs, feedback or complaints from clients. Job Requirement 1) Min Diploma in Maritime / Sales & Marketing or other relevant academic qualification
2) 1-2 year experience working in the marine industry or corporate sales.
3) Able to work under deadlines and coordinate several concurrent assignments
4) Initiative, outgoing personality with exceptional negotiating skills
