Job descriptionPossess at least 3 years of Sales Support and experience Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access Minimum 'O' Level
Responsibility :
- Handle sales and service enquiry and customer's purchase order
- Process sales quotation, sales order and purchase order
- Provide support on filing documents and documention for every sales order completed
- Coordinate activities with the Sales and Project follow-up.
- Provide sales and technical support to new and existing customers
- Monitor and update status of sales quotes and proposals
- Provide after sales support to maintain good relationship with customer
- Follow-up sales issues when require
- Assist tasks given by departmental manager
