Customer Success Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of our products and our customer usage of these
• Use your analytical abilities to solve customer problems and help ensure their success
• Collaborate with our product and engineering teams to diagnose and resolve support issues
• Build knowledge of financial markets and engineering to better understand our product applications
• Take ownership and ensure best practice processes are created / championed
