I'm hiring on behalf of a well-established shipping company with a global fleet focused on dry bulk operations. They're looking for a Junior Operations Executive to join their team in Singapore.

What You’ll Be Doing :

Support day-to-day voyage operations and scheduling
Coordinate with ship agents, charterers, and internal stakeholders
Assist with documentation, laytime calculations, and bunker arrangements
Contribute to operational planning and efficiency

Who We're Looking For :

Fresh grads or early-career professionals with a background in Maritime, Shipping, or Logistics

Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with IMOS is a plus

Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced shipping environment
