As a Document Checker Associate within the Trade Finance Operations team, you will be an integral part of our trade finance operations. You will have the opportunity to handle trade finance related processing functions in a global bank environment for the Singapore market. You will be working closely with both internal and external clients, and your ability tomunicate effectively and work as part of a team will be key to your success in this role.

Job responsibilities :

• Import and / or export document checking with minimum supervision.
• Highlight irregularities and red flag items for credit / risks approval.
• Handle and checkmodities Letter of Credits and documents.
• Prepare reports for various internal stakeholders
• Liaise with external and internal customers and perform any ad-hoc request as directed by manager
• Understand the flow of import / export transaction across different functions & products Letter of Credit advising, document checking, acceptance, reimbursement claim and payment.
• Utilize trade processing system to process the transaction with multiple task to be handled with minimum supervision
